QUALITY ASSURANCE
An-Nur Apparels professionally oversees its affiliated factories, dedicated to supplying quality products from Bangladesh to customers worldwide. With a strong emphasis on product quality, An-Nur Apparel’s efficient quality control team is extensively involved in pre production inspections of fabrics, accessories, patterns, and samples. Additionally, they conduct inline-production inspections throughout various stages such as cutting, sewing, trimming, ironing, packing, and post production inspections including assortment-wise stacking, shipping mark or labeling, stuffing, etc.

ACCEPTANCE & SUPERVISION
Quality Maintain Process:
We consistently ensure a high AQL standard of quality and performance. In addition to daily inspections by regular quality control inspectors, our QC Managers conduct frequent random inspections for each order or style, along with a final inspection using a prescribed form. These inspection reports, along with inspection certificates, are provided to the buyer upon demand.
Level wise supervision:
One of the key reasons behind An-Nur Apparel’s consistent customer reliability is our tiered supervision approach. Our skilled supervisors meticulously monitor every stage of production to guarantee the highest quality output from our suppliers. We conduct necessary inspections and quality control including In-Process Control (IPC), During Production (DUPRO), and Final Random Inspection (FRI) based on AQL standards. We stand behind our entire product line, absorbing any fallout due to misprints, stains, misplacements, etc. Our seamless process requires no special attention from you until the goods arrive at your receiving department.
ASSOCIATE FACTORIES
We maintain active engagement in Bangladesh, collaborating with both governmental and nongovernmental organizations, industry partners, and suppliers to enhance safety standards in factories. Our close partnership extends to organizations such as the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker’s Safety and the Bangladesh Accord on Fire and Building Safety. Furthermore, we provide substantial funding to support both programs at the highest level, aligning with the value of our sourcing operations in Bangladesh.
We have eight associated factories specializing in knits, woven, sweaters, and lingerie (such as bras and panties) to manufacture our products. These factories are fully compliant and certified by BSCI, SEDEX, OEKO-TEX, ACCORD, and ALLIANCE, as well as meeting specific buyer compliance requirements. Additionally, we have access to numerous other factories to fulfill our orders based on quantities and delivery schedules.
